BrickLab'26

The Method

More than just
building bricks.

BrickLab uses LEGO® as the medium to grow real life skills: creativity, problem solving, teamwork, communication, and confidence. Every day blends focused building, themed missions, outdoor movement, and a daily share-out.

01

Design-Thinking Inspired Loop

Kids start their morning with paper and pencil — sketching the design they want to build. They prototype it with LEGO, share it with the group, gather feedback, then go back and improve. It's a kid-sized version of the iterative loop used by professional designers — design-thinking inspired, not a textbook process.

Guided Build Challenges

Short, playful guided builds — often with a partner or small team — that grow focus, patience, and fine motor skills without ever feeling like school. Quick wins, then back into creative play.

Team Missions

Kids break into small groups for two kinds of team builds: an instruction-based collaboration where they have to coordinate roles, and a design-thinking inspired team build where the group has to ideate and pitch a creation together. Both grow leadership, listening, and shared problem-solving.

Daily Share-Out

Every day, every kid shares one of their builds with the group and explains what they made and why. This is the #1 way kids grow comfortable speaking in front of peers — and it gives them a powerful daily win.
